The basic rules for using eSabit responsibly as a personal offline ID storage app.

Acceptance of Terms

By using eSabit, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Personal Use Only

eSabit is designed for your own personal convenience and organization. You should only scan, save, or manage IDs that you have the right to store.

Your Responsibility for IDs

You are responsible for the ID images and information you add to the app, including ensuring that you have the right to scan and store copies of your own IDs.

No Illegal Use

You may not use eSabit to create, store, present, alter, or distribute ID copies for fraud, impersonation, misrepresentation, or any unlawful purpose.

No ID Verification

eSabit does not verify, validate, authenticate, issue, replace, or guarantee acceptance of any ID. Digital copies stored in eSabit may not be accepted as official identification unless the requesting institution allows it.

No Affiliation

eSabit is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to any government agency, ID issuer, brand, bank, insurance provider, or verification agency.

Security Responsibilities

eSabit uses local encryption and device-level security features to help protect stored data. You remain responsible for protecting your device, passcodes, biometric access, backups, and physical IDs.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, eSabit is not liable for losses related to device loss, unauthorized device access, deleted app data, rejected ID copies, misuse of the app, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of eSabit after an update means you accept the updated terms.
