Terms of Service

eSabit lets users save front and back images of selected physical IDs for personal offline access and organization.

The service is designed to work offline. eSabit does not provide cloud storage, cloud sync, account-based storage, or server-based storage for your saved IDs.

Your ID images and related records are stored on your own device. eSabit does not store this information on company servers.

You keep ownership of the ID images and information you add. You are responsible for making sure your use of those copies is lawful and permitted.

eSabit is not an official ID provider and does not replace your physical IDs. The app does not verify or authenticate IDs and cannot guarantee that a digital copy will be accepted by any person, company, agency, or institution.

Government agency names, ID names, brand names, or logos may appear only to help users organize their own saved IDs. Those references do not mean eSabit is affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to those parties.

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. Some features may depend on your device, operating system, secure storage, biometric settings, or local permissions.

eSabit is provided as is and as available. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, perfect security, complete compatibility, or acceptance of stored ID copies by any institution.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, eSabit is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages related to your use of the app or inability to access locally stored data.

You may stop using eSabit at any time by deleting your saved IDs or uninstalling the app. We may discontinue the service or features when necessary.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction stated by eSabit. Jurisdiction details may be added or updated in a future version.
