Introduction
eSabit is built for personal convenience, organization, and offline access. This Privacy Policy explains how the app handles ID images and related information you choose to save.
What eSabit Is
eSabit is an offline-first digital ID lanyard app that lets you store scanned or photographed copies of your own physical IDs, such as a Driver's License, Passport, PhilHealth ID, SSS ID, National ID, TIN ID, Pag-IBIG, NBI Clearance, or ePhilID.
Data That Stays on Your Device
Your saved ID images and related ID metadata are stored locally on your own device only. eSabit does not store your personal information on company servers and does not use cloud storage or cloud sync.
What eSabit Does Not Collect
eSabit does not collect, sell, share, rent, monetize, or profile your personal information. The app does not track users and does not include analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party profiling tools.
Local Storage and Encryption
ID images are encrypted locally. Saved ID metadata is protected using encrypted local storage, and eSabit uses AES-256 encryption for local data protection. Security keys are stored using the device's secure storage when supported.
Biometric and PIN Security
You may enable a local biometric lock or PIN lock if your device supports it. These device-level features help protect access to the app, but no app or device can fully prevent every security risk.
User Control and Deletion
You control the IDs you save in eSabit. If you delete an ID from the app, the locally stored encrypted images and related local records should be removed from your device.
Device Responsibility
Because eSabit does not keep a cloud backup, we may not be able to recover your stored IDs if you lose access to your device, uninstall the app, reset your device, or delete app data. Please keep your physical IDs and device secure.
No Affiliation
eSabit is not a government service, bank, insurance provider, identity issuer, verification agency, or official ID provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to any government agency, ID-issuing body, or brand referenced only to help users organize their own saved IDs.
